Hi, I’m Nicole!
I started my real estate journey at the age of 18 in commercial property management. It was through my involvement in the selling process that I discovered my love for real estate. A few years later, I obtained my real estate license and began selling in Southern California, quickly becoming one of the top two independent agents in my company.
After relocating to Northern California in 2012, I joined a top real estate team as their Operations Manager. I discovered that thriving on the administrative side and helping others achieve their goals was my true calling. For the past six years, I have successfully managed the top boutique brokerage in Chico and served as the listing manager for the #1 real estate team in Butte County.
With 24 years of experience, I have always dreamed of owning my own business. So here I am, making my business owner dreams come true while being able to help more Realtors achieve their goals and dreams too! With my extensive knowledge from being a Realtor, ability to handle a large volume of projects, eye for getting properties in top shape for listing, providing excellent customer service, and my expertise in disclosures and forms, I have you covered! I understand how hard Realtors work and am here to streamline your real estate business, taking it to the next level, and helping you focus on what you do best while I handle the rest.

Our favorite! We develop a project plan to prepare your home for sale! We coordinate and manage all aspects of the project and we will be the direct point of communication for inspections, repairs, enhancements, staging, cleaning, hauling, and more!
